Sally J. Silberman works for the Federal government
as the chief administrative officer overseeing a high
performance nationwide administrative team for a large
organization within the Department of Commerce and was
formerly the Program Director for Online Instructional
Services for NYUonline.
Sally received New York University’s Teaching
Excellence Award as an Assistant Professor of Management.
She has brought her experience and passion for learning to groups
across the U.S. as a frequent lecturer and trainer. She has designed,
developed, and delivered courses in management, empowerment, motivation,
delegation, and managing change.
Sally was formerly Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the
E-Commerce Division of U. S. Office Products, a leading supplier
of office products and business services, and Director of International
Sales at Kimball International, a Fortune 1000 manufacturer specializing
in consumer durable goods.
She brings more than twenty years of leadership in sales, marketing,
management, and customer service. She is a former member of the
Editorial Advisory Board of Sales and Marketing Management Magazine
and Competitive Advantage. She has published articles in HR Briefing,
Employee Relations Bulletin, Career Confidential, Strategic Sales
Management and Professional Selling and was a Contributing Editor
for Sales and Marketing Management Magazine.
She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
